WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops and courses

Cancellations

All workshops have a minimum enrolment required for the workshop to run.

Siju Glass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at any time.  In such an event, the class fee can be transferred to a rescheduled date, applied to a different class or fully refunded.  Siju Glass is not responsible for reimbursing travel costs or other associated expenses.

Students who cancel or transfer their enrolment 4 or more days prior to the beginning of a class will receive a refund of the class fee.  If you cancel or transfer to another class within 4 days prior to the course commencement, then an administration fee of $50 applies and will be deducted from your refund.  No transfers or refunds will be granted once the class has started.

COVID

All class/workshop attendees will be required to comply with the current government guidelines.  Students who are not willing to comply with these directives will be asked to leave the workshop and will not be refunded.

If a workshop is cancelled due to a covid we will reschedule the workshop to suit the participants.

If you are unable to attend a class due to Covid, then please advise and we will transfer you to another class.
