CLASS CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS

At Blue Dog Studios we strive to bring our students a wide variety of classes, so considerable time and effort goes into making them available. However, we also understand cancellations sometimes occur. In order to keep class costs low for all, we make no exceptions to the following policies:

Terms and Conditions for course enrolment:
All workshops have a minimum enrolment required for the workshop to run. If Perth Art Glass reschedules or cancels a workshop the class fee can be transferred to a rescheduled date or applied to a different class.  The fee will be refunded in full if preferred by the student. Perth Art Glass is not responsible for reimbursing travel costs or other associated fees.
Transfers and cancellations will incur a NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE administration charge.
A transfer of dates or to a different class more than 7 business days prior to the beginning of a class will incur a $25 administration charge.  If a transfer is requested in fewer than 7 business days prior to the beginning of a class no refund will be given unless we are able to fill the students place. If the place is filled a refund less the $25 administration fee will be given.  If a date change has been requested we cannot offer a refund on a subsequent cancellation or a second transfer.
A full cancellation more than 7 business days prior to the beginning of a class will incur a $50 administration charge. If a cancellation is requested in fewer than 7 business days prior to the beginning of a class no refund will be given unless we are able to fill the students place. If the place is filled a refund less the $50 administration fee will be given.
COVID
For the safety of our staff and students, all class/workshop attendees will be required to comply with current government guidelines.
Students who are not willing to comply with these directives will be asked to leave the workshop and will not be refunded.
Our usual transfers and cancellation conditions will apply for students cancelling in advance due to covid restrictions. If you have already purchased or received a gift voucher for a workshop and will not be able to attend due to covid restrictions, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your workshop is cancelled due to a covid lockdown we will reschedule the workshop and work with participants to find a class time that meets their needs.
If Blue Dog Studios cancels: We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. Whenever possible, cancellations are made at least one week prior to the beginning of class. All classes are subject to sufficient enrolment and in the unlikely event that we cancel a class due to low enrolment, those who have enrolled will receive a full refund. If a class is cancelled, Blue Dog Studios is not responsible for reimbursing travel costs
or other associated expenses.
If you cancel or transfer: Our standard class fees include a $40 non-refundable, non-transferable administration fee, which is forfeited if a student cancels their enrolment or transfers to another class session. Students who cancel or transfer their enrolment six or more days prior to the beginning of a class will receive a refund of the class fee, minus the $40 administration fee. Cancellations made fewer than six  days prior to commencement of class will forfeit all payments made. No transfers will be granted once the class has started.
Master Classes: Our masterclass fees include a $150 non-refundable, non-transferable administration fee, which is forfeited if a student cancels their enrolment or transfers to another class session. A substantial investment of time and effort goes into organising our masterclass workshops and vacancies can be hard to fill at short notice. Cancellations or transfers received more than 60 days prior to the start of the masterclass will receive a refund of the masterclass fee, minus the $150 administration fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 60 days, but more than 21 days, prior to the start of the workshop will receive a refund of 75% of the course fees paid. No refund will be given for cancellations or transfers received less than 21 days prior to the start of the workshop unless the vacancy is filled. If the place is filled, a $150 administration fee will be charged and the remaining course fees refunded.
